Với vẻ ngoài bóng bẩy và một loạt các tính năng toàn diện, M65 rất lý tưởng cho những khách hàng yêu cầu vùng phủ sóng di động trên khắp các tòa nhà lớn. Màn hình màu 2 đèn nền lớn và bàn phím có đèn nền cho khả năng hiển thị dễ dàng, trong khi âm thanh băng rộng đảm bảo chất lượng âm thanh rõ nét. Máy có sáu nhạc chuông đa âm và cảnh báo rung cho các cuộc gọi đến.

Đèn LED ba màu tích hợp cho biết các cuộc gọi nhỡ, tin nhắn thư thoại và trạng thái pin yếu. Khi sử dụng điện thoại với trạm gốc Snom M700 hoặc M300, người dùng có quyền truy cập vào các tính năng của hệ thống điện thoại như thư thoại, chuyển tiếp cuộc gọi tự động, danh sách cuộc gọi, nhận dạng người gọi và tìm kiếm trực tiếp thư mục công ty.
